Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of the Solstice Chino Sunrooms & Patios website and any estimate, scheduling or service request you make through it. By browsing our home page or any other page, calling us or sending a request, you agree to these terms.
If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. When you hire us for a project, the written contract you sign controls that job, and where it differs from these terms, the contract wins.
What we do
Solstice Chino Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor based in Chino, CA. We design and build sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen rooms and patio covers, and we remodel existing sunrooms for homeowners in Chino and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew on our about page.
The photos, descriptions and project details on this site are general information about the work we do. They aren't a promise that a particular design, material or result will suit your house, because that depends on what we find when we see your property in person.
Estimates and pricing
We give free on-site estimates, and an estimate carries no obligation to hire us. Your estimate is based on what we can see and measure at the visit, the materials you choose and the size and layout of the room.
The price can change if we find conditions we couldn't see before work began, such as damaged framing, a slab or footing that needs repair, or wiring that isn't up to current requirements. It can also change if your city requires work we didn't plan for, or if you ask for changes during the job. We'll explain any change and get your written approval before we do the added work.
Scheduling and cancellation
Start and finish dates we give you are our best planning targets, not guarantees. Weather, permit review, inspections and material delivery can all move a schedule, and we'll keep you updated when that happens.
If you need to reschedule an estimate visit, call us at (909) 413-6398 or reach us through our contact page as early as you can. Cancelling a signed project is governed by your written contract and by any right to cancel that California law gives you.
Payment
Payment amounts, due dates and accepted payment methods are set out in your written contract. Please pay each amount when it comes due, because delays can hold up materials and crew scheduling for your project.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is current, to the extent your contract and California law allow.
Permits and access to your property
Whether your project needs a permit is decided by your city, and your contract will say who is responsible for applying. You're responsible for telling us about any homeowners association rules, easements or property line questions you know of before work begins.
During the job, you agree to give our crew reasonable access to the work area and to keep children and pets clear of it while we're working.
Warranties and disclaimers
Any warranty on our workmanship is the one written in your signed contract, and it covers only what the contract says it covers. Warranties on glass, panels, roofing, doors and other products come from their makers, and they follow the makers' own terms.
This website and its content are provided as they are, without any promise that the site will always be available, error free or up to date. Nothing on the site is a warranty for any project.
Limitation of liability
To the extent California law allows, Solstice Chino Sunrooms & Patios isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information.
For work we perform, our responsibility is set by your written contract and by California law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Resolving disputes
If something about our work or these terms concerns you, call us at (909) 413-6398 or write to us through our contact page first. Most problems get settled quickly once we talk them through, and we'll respond in good faith.
If we can't resolve it together, either of us may take the matter to small claims court or to the courts serving San Bernardino County, California, unless your written contract sets out a different process.
Governing law
These terms and any use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its rules about which state's law applies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies when you use the site. Changes don't alter a contract you've already signed with us.
If you have questions about these terms, call us at (909) 413-6398 or use our contact page.
